**Position Overview**:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing agency specializing in digital marketing and website development. They are seeking an experienced Client-Facing Project Manager to join their team. As the main point of contact for their clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
- Conduct status meetings, providing updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and addressing any project-related issues or concerns.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Evaluate project performance and client satisfaction, seeking opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications And Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience within the digital marketing and website development industry.
- A reasonable understanding of digital marketing concepts, website development processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project success.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
