We are looking for an IT Trainer to prepare and conduct user training on a new content and document management system. You will be given a manual from which you will provide ongoing training, skills transfer initiatives, and assessments.

Attach all supporting certifications to be considered for this position.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
