**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English** and **German**
- BCom degree or equivalent
- Strong financial acumen and love of working with numbers
- 5 - 8 years solid working experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Driver’s license with own transport

**Person Spesifications**:

- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Management of property rental contracts & renewals in **Germany **and **South Africa.**
- Facilities management of rental properties.
- Interdisciplinary communication and facilitation of banks, accountants, law firms, property management etc.
- Controlling investment cash flows and liquidity planning.
- Financial reporting on property investments.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as preparatory bookkeeping.
- Minimal facilities management of Head Office premises and branches and liaising with landlords.
- Management of all insurance claims from start to end.
- Assisting Director on ad hoc projects.
- Providing secretarial and general administrative/office-related functions.
- Booking of venues for meetings and/or discussions, internally and externally.
- Following up on tasks to be actioned by subordinates for the Director.
- Arrangement and coordination of local and international travel.
- Handling correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Ad hoc tasks and personal errands as and when required by the Director.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
