Plumber Operator

**We are a plumbing company of registered and qualified plumbers specializing in the supply, installation, servicing, and repair of plumbing systems.**

Must reside within 25km from Stellenbosch

Pre-screening & psychometric evaluation will be part of the selection process

Working at heights and health & safety training will be advantageous

Own hand tools

Knowledge of the SANS industry applicable codes

**Responsibilities include**:

- General plumbing and upkeep of all plumbing infrastructure.
- Installations, inspections, testing, replacement, repair and maintenance of building, fixtures, and fittings.
- Carry out day to day tasks allocated to you within scheduled time limits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with work.
- Meet set targets.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage inventories and stock.
- Provide encouragement to team, communicate team goals and identifying areas of training.
- Provide weekly feedback & improvement reports.

**Qualifications, Skills & Abilities**:

- At least five years of appropriate experience in this field.
- Manage and lead team members, communicate company procedures, safety practices and deadlines to the team.
- You will require team leadership abilities, product knowledge and industry experience.
- Leadership skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
- Motivational skills, results orientated.
- Customer service skills and bilingual - English & Afrikaans.
- Knowledge in general construction & building maintenance.
- South African Code EB driver’s license essential with own, reliable transport to and from work
- No criminal record and Sober habits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Plumbing: 5 years (preferred)
