Minimum requirements:

- Matric essential
- Tertiary qualification highly beneficial - IT / Data / Accounting / Insurance
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the digital optimisation/transformation environment required

**Responsibilities**:

- M-Files maintenance and amendments
- IT Orders and approvals
- IT Account reconciliation
- Technology related queries
- Travel Insurance and Claims
- CRM Surveys
- Policy renewal initiation
- Client return Debits
- Client premium deposits
- Client premium refund
- Month-end
- Bordereaux and Bordereaux Reports
- Claims payments
