**We are looking to hire an exceptional Programme Manager to join the Strategy Office team at TFG. If you have solid experience and want to lead some of TFGs most exciting and transformative initiatives, this role might be for you.**

**The opportunity**:
**Key Performance Areas**:

- Work closely with the programme owner, programme sponsor and cross-functional teams to deliver a sound executable business case;
- Manage programme teams to optimise execution and ROI;
- Monitor progress of programme and provide regular updates to the Head of Strategy Planning and Execution;
- Develop, implement and update resource requirement plans;
- Set up programme governance, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities;
- Facilitate requirement gathering and solution design workshops;
- Proactively manage risks and issues whilst taking corrective actions where appropriate;
- Work with other programme managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the function;
- Coordinate interdependencies with other projects/ programmes within and outside of the Strategy function;
- Manage communications and change management;
- Manage programme budget and deliver against approved business case;
- Ensure appropriate programme transition and hand over to the relevant business owner, including the integration of the programme outcomes into business as usual;
- Define, plan and track the benefit realisation of programmes.

**Job Requirement**:

- 5+ years leading multi-functional programmes, with high exposure to senior executive stakeholders
- Experience within the Retail Industry being highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or related field with Project/ programme management degree being advantageous
- Analytical skills
- Competent in engaging with complexity and managing multiple stakeholders
- Able to work between detail and big-picture thinking
- Comfortable with complexity and multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in problem solving
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
