Maintanance Supervisor

Repairing of all fridges, stoves, ovens, etc.
- Managing maintenance schedules and budgets.
- Must be able to compile and implement an effective Preventative Maintenance Plan.
- Must be able to compile and implement an effective Planned Maintenance Schedule.
- Issue Job Card Numbers for each request.
- Ensure that each job card is closed off timeously.
- Supervise the maintenance teams.
- Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance Team.
- Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations.
- Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Designing maintenance programs.
- Delegating work responsibilities.
- Responding quickly to any emergencies.
- Involved in the hiring on maintenance personnel.
- Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run.
- Monitoring and supervision of routine preventative maintenance, unplanned remedial, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements.
- To conduct installation and procedural audits in the offices and the unit.
- Timely ordering and maintenance of inventory of all site supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for the maintenance of the facilities.
- Cost control performed in all budget aspects (labour, parts, contractors)
- Planning, developing and implementation of Company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Regularly report and keep the Technical Services Manager informed on the condition of all facilities, equipment and municipal components.
- Cooperate with internal and external auditors
- Supervise the full process of start and completion of contractors on site.
- Ensure that the final invoices match the approved quote
- Make recommendations for continual improvement and support improvement initiatives the company undertakes.
- Knowledge of HV and LV power.
- Must demonstrate technical knowledge of electrical generator systems and related engine mechanical failures.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Engineering Degree or Other Relevant Qualifications
- Electrical N6 (will be an added advantage)
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office
