**Introduction**

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Conduct clerical duties, including all administration, financial and marketing and sales.

2. Marketing and sales - development and marketing of products; handling all sales of products and all customer engagements

3. Procurement - manage supplier engagement together with the procurement team

4. Support accounting tasks:
4.1. Support month-end and year-end close processes

4.2. Manage the budgeting and forecasting

5. Develop and adhere to policies and procedures.

6. Strong focus on strategic objectives and goals for the sustainability of Aquawomen

7. Scheduling Trustee/Board meetings, and prepare packs.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermanus, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
