**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Production Process & System parameters: Ensure all system process parameters are planned, implemented and continuously improved (eg. MTM’s, SAP routings and admin, cycle times and setup times, line balancing, ergonomics, material flow etc.)
- Workplace design and layouts: Ensure micro workstations, macro building layouts and workflows are planned, designed, implemented and improved, according to MBPS and lean standards
- Management of Projects: Acquisition, Process planning and series related projects, including CIP & optimisation projects as well as projects that may arise in other departments
- Process ad-hoc capacity requests from various internal and external customers, conduct annual capacity checks and feedback/present to various stakeholders
- Participate in cost saving initiatives and sprint activities
- Conduct VSD’s and waste reduction
- Support local awareness for Lean Standards and best Practices**Your Skills & Strengths**
- ND/B-Tech/BSc Engineering (Industrial preferred)
- Project Management
- Certification in Ergonomics will be an advantage
- Experience in conducting time studies and knowledge/certificate in MTM UAS (advantageous)
- Experienced in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint
- Lean Principles / WCM / VSD
- SAP and Power BI Knowledge will be an advantage
- At least 3 years + experience in the manufacturing industry.
