We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Business Systems Co-ordinator, which is based at CCBSA Phoenix. Key purpose: Co-ordinate and manage the business management system inclusive of all internal as well as external audits and corrective action.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**: - Facilitate and coordinate the update of all documents and records - Coordinate document reviews - Administrate document data systems - Train all relevant parties on document and data control - Implement management system - Ensure internal audit programme is in place - Ensure corrective action programme is implemented and maintained - Perform administration activities and procedures - Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures and legislation Competencies - Knowledge of ISO standards - Auditing experience advantageous - Advanced computer skills - A strong focus on detail - Flexibility and the ability to adapt - Good communication skills - Ability to plan, organize and control - Problem-solving skills - Project management skills - Ability to develop and sustain routine work for long periods of time - Broad understanding of integration of processes within supply chain and the total business
**Skills, Experience & Education**: - National diploma, BSc or Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, Occupational Health and/or Food Technology - 2 years’ experience in business systems environment
