Puller and Packer

We are looking for Puller and Packer to join our production team. Packers are responsible for all end of line activity packing finished product, regrinding scrap materials and filling hoppers with materials.

**Puller and Packer Responsibilities;**
- Adhere to the food and safety protocols
- Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately
- Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged
- Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
- Do stocktaking
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Must have completed Matric
- Must have at least 6 months of warehouse or retail experience
- Must be able to speak and communicate in English and Afrikaans

**Requirements**:

- Must reside in or around the Mossel Bay area
- Must not have participated in the YES4YOUTH Program

**Salary**: R6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
