Piano and Theory Teacher

**PART-TIME PIANO AND THEORY TEACHER**:
from 1 May 2023. This is a peripatetic piano and theory teaching position for students from Grade 3 - Grade 12.

**The requirements for this position are**:

- A suitable professional qualification and appropriate educational experience
- The ability to teach music theory lessons from beginner to a Grade 7 level
- Accompaniment of students for external music examinations
- A passion and vision for music, especially within the extramural space
- A high level of organisational, administrative and communication skills
- An interest and vision for a student-centred holistic education programme
- A willingness to work within the values, Christian ethos and mission of the College as well as to participate in the broader life of the school, including extra murals
- Proof of registration with SACE
- Any staff member working within a school is required to have a sexual offender’s clearance certificate
