The **Technical Trainer** should have experience in the field of renewable energy. Coupled with your electrical engineering degree and years of experience will be vital in creating customised training programs for Freedom Won customers in line with business requirements. This will include the development, delivering and updating of content material in the field of Battery Energy Storage systems as well as integration with various invertor brands ranging from 52V, HV and HV+ They also help build knowledge and competency among users while providing advice on integrating new technologies and processes into existing systems. They prepare lesson plans, course outlines, schedules and assignments. They identify the main objectives and skills or concepts that participants need to learn. To let participants learn new skills with the ability to formulate appropriate programs, and assume a hands-on role in training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop training content in line with business and client requirements.
- Conduct training sessions with customers such as installers and or distributors.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress and program effectiveness
- Work in tandem with peers in technical departments / engineering to develop best in class training across all areas of learning.
- Present theoretical training and facilitate practical training sessions.
- Identify, analyse, plan, and implement training needs.
- Training evaluation and administration
- Operational and technical support with close working co-operation with Freedom Won Engineers to keep abreast with technology.
- Close interface with delegates and regular consultation with stakeholders
- Ability to create a custom curriculum for existing and new clients.
- Ability to do theoretical and practical training.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Grade 12/Matric.
- Qualified Engineer (with a lifetime of experience to share).
- Have a tertiary qualification in electrical engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion phosphate and or other renewable technologies.
- Familiar with the different presentation and teaching delivery within the workplace.
- Experience in training content development and facilitation.
- Outstanding analytical, planning and assessment abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to deliver training material to a varied audience.
- Able to conduct TTT sessions.

**Salary**: From R1.00 per month
