**Contractor/Handyman**

**Location: Midrand**
**Requirements**:
- Practical experience in basic handyman (maintenance) tasks.
- Complete all assigned maintenance calls within SLA’s as per assigned job cards / calls logged.
- Generator and UPS testing, starting and diesel reserve.
- Report back on all fire & access equipment; fire-extinguishers, hose reels, fire-hydrants, fire-detectors & access control equipment.
- Assist contracted vendors onsite for maintenance and other services.
- Ensure that equipment is in good working condition.
**Other requirements**:
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work after normal working hours.
- Weekend work may be required based on client tests / invocations / projects.
- Willingness to travel to other sites.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in site maintenance.
- Certified Construction or Home Improvement contractor/handyman required.
- Qualified and trained in construction, painting, building maintenance and other field related trades skills.
- Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and other related trades; security systems; lawn care; groundskeeping; tree trimming.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
