A well established security solutions company based in Witbank is looking for a Managing Director to Lead cross-functional teams within the company and be accountable for the Management and Leadership of the Business

**Desired Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum - National Diploma in Management, Information Technology / Security Management
- Preferred - Degree in Management, Information Technology / Security Management
- Advance Management Qualification will be an advantage
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
- Experience in landing, deploying and completing large scale projects
- Business Development Experience should include: generating leads, creating proposals, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales goals
- Valid PSIRA Certificate: Level A

**Job Responsibilities (Typical, but not limited too only these points listed)**
- Lead and engage existing business units which include - Sales, H&S, Fleet, Projects and Operations
- Increase profitability of existing business
- Reduce Working Capital
- Monthly reporting to the board of Advance Aerial
- Proven Track record in Sales and continuous Business Development initiatives
- Long Term Sustainability and stakeholder wealth through sustainable bottom line growth
- Continue to build collaborative relationship with customers, vendors and suppliers
- Serve as the key alliance for all business-related activities
- Develop and drive the strategic relationships
- Management of direct line reports
- Lead strategic initiatives across the business
- Lead key bids across the business
- Analyse technology trends and develop required strategy
- Oversee all related quality and safety issues on customer work sites
- Ensure delivery is met on all customer sites
- Focus on expanding business and generating revenue by building collaborative relationships with customers
