Sales Coordinator

Sheet Metal Manufacturing Company based in Hermanstad, Pretoria have an open position for a Sales Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Send and receive all quotes, order confirmations, pro-forma invoices and drawings to/from the sales point to/from customer and sales consultants.
- Correspond and communicate (follow up) with the sales consultants and the customer with regards to quotes, order confirmations, pro-forma invoices and drawings being send and received by the customer/sales consultant.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is in place when the order is released to the planning department, documents should include any form of confirmation that the customer has ordered the products.
- Include quote, customer correspondence, order, order confirmation, drawings or anything else that is relevant to customer needs and means of communication. These documents should be included where applicable and available.
- Responsible for all sales administration duties such as checklists, drawings and folder constructions where needed.

Minimum Requirements:
2-3 year working experience in similar position.
