**Your profile**
- Understand theory of dynamic balancing and balancing software
- Be in possession of a recognized mechanical trade certificate
- Minimum of N3 with maths and science
- Basic drawing skills on TurboCad will be a recommendation
- Knowledge of the following international balancing standards required: ISO 1940, ISO 11342 & API 617
- Experience in Dynamic Operating and Low speed balancing procedures & techniques
- Knowledge of turbo machinery, compressors, turbine rotors, fans ect.
- Strong communication skills
- Flawless work ethic
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Customer service orientated
- Must be computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Good people skills
- Available for overtime work
- Own transport

**Your responsibilities**
- High speed balancing of rotating elements
- Low Speed balancing
- Over speed testing of impellers
- Probe track measurement
- Basic maintenance on balancing plant
- Drawing up of Balancing certificates
