Litigation Attorney

**Bedfordview, Johannesburg: LITIGATION ATTORNEY**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Presentable and professional
- Strong business English proficiency
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney **a must**
- Minimum 5 years **post admission** Litigation experience (including Trial experience) a must
- Experienced in General Litigation and Collections a must
- Integrity and good management skills essential
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
- Currently residing within commuting distance from Bedfordview
- Stable employment record and contactable references
- To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately

**Duties**:

- Heading firm’s Litigation & Foreclosures Department
- Handling of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation matters
- General attorney duties (client liaison, court appearances, trials etc.)

**Salary: R 30 000.00 - R 40 000.00 gross (depending on experience)**
- Reference **CR2446**; and
- Your monthly gross **salary expectation** in context with offered amount.
