Administrative Support
- Responsible for typing certificates correctly
- Arrange for parcels to be collected and couriered

Client Liaison
- Assist clients at the reception
- Assist clients telephonically/direct them to the appropriate staff members

Archiving
- Assist with the maintenance of the office files and archive in accordance with the file plan

General Support
- Responsible for the upkeep of the stationery/furniture in the office with support from the line manager
- Check stocks and replenish, when necessary, via SCM

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saldanha, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
