**ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Broad experience with DevOps Processes and tools.
- Broad experience with ITIL principles and processes, in particular related to IT Delivery & Operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Problem, Incident & Change Management as well as Configuration Management.
- Knowledge and experience with project management principles and methodologies, related to software development.
- Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent skills in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence) to the level of providing hands-on coaching in these components.
- In-depth understanding of On-Premises Infrastructure.
- General understanding of AWS Cloud and the AWS Product Services with the focus on the Security Hub (Security findings) and Cost Management/Cloud Billing.
- Advanced IT Security compliance understanding.

**ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- In depth knowledge of the Agile Working Model (AWM) and the IT Processes within AWM
- Understanding the Process Model
- General Test Management understanding (Test Cases, can perform test executions, regression testing etc)
