Key Responsibilities
- Executive diary management
- International and domestic flight bookings, and cost management
- International accommodation and shuttle arrangement, and cost management
- Hotel bookings and car hire, and cost management

Not a position where you sit at your desk all day

Recruitment facilitation
- Ad hoc duties for Director
- Management and execution of ad hock company conferences
- Purchasing and management of office groceries and stationary
- Purchasing of miscellaneous office supplies
- Regular meetings with suppliers related to pricing, quality and performance
- Negotiation of supplier contracts
- Managing the petty cash and travel expense claims
- Invoices for verification and approval

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification and/or experience
- Previous experience within similar role
- Computer Proficiency
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
