**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- South African citizens/residents are preferred.
- IT degree (e.g., Information system)
- Min. of 10 years working experience

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Specific Technical / Functional skills & Experience
- S4 HANA
- SAP Cash Management
- SAP In-House Cash
- SAP Bank Statement Processing
- Central Finance (CFIN)
- Detailed knowledge of integration of SAP
- In-house Banking with the Bank Communications; Payment Factory Operations and FI
- Knowledge and Understanding of Idoc mappings and subsequent mappings of Idocs to XML format for new and existing banking interfaces
- Comprehensive knowledge of Interfaces between SAP, NON-SAP systems and External Banks
- Core Data Services
- Workflow Scenarios
- S4 Custom fields and Logic
- Good understanding and hands on experience with database design and implementation
- Technical / Functional skills (e.g. SAP module, Java, Microsoft Azure etc.)
- ABAP Development
- SAP Fiori Configuration
- SAP OData Configuration

**ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**

- SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM)
- SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF)
- Serrala Finance Suite 2
- Solution Manager
- SAP Multibank Connectivity (MBC)

- Jira / Confluence

**Soft Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively
- Willing and able to deal with customers. In most cases they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist
- Must have good time management skills
- Ability to work as part of an agile team, inter dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality
- Must take ownership of an assigned task and see it through to completion
- Must be self-motivated and open to learn
- Self-Starter
- Willing and able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility to take up different tasks in the team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify problem areas (or areas for improvements) and to implement these changes

**ROLE**:

- Conduct SAP Module and process configuration
- Analyse and solve SAP Module issues
- Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation
- Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles
- Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests as well as regression testing
- Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
- Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach
- Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document
- Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
- Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing
- Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
- Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
- Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
- Executing the required changes through configuration
- Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
- Raising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications for them
- Preparing test data for testing of CRs (Change Requests)
- Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test results
- Interacting with consultants of other modules
- International travel required.
