**Duties (not an exhaustive list)**:
- Performing duties for food preparation as required by Assistant Catering Manager and Catering Manager.
- Maintaining sanitation standards for Food Service Area.
- To assist in the preparation and cleaning of the dining area, including movement of furniture where appropriate
- To assist with following cleaning procedures during the meal service and after
