**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize production and meet customer demands.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that quality standards are met and that products meet customer specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of production team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to improve production processes and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments, including procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of managing a production team.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of SAP.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, including scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
- Experience with ERP systems and other production management software.
