About the job:
Turfsport is looking for a driven and disciplined Reactivation Agent who is fluent in German to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting proactive outreach to clients via outbound calls, utilizing scripted communication protocols.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and addressing current customer issues.
- Daily reporting
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and Company policies
- Working on a shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, from 8am to 8pm)

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Matric certificate or higher
- 2+ years' proven experience in customer service
- Gambling and Betting Industry experience advantageous
- Fluency in German (B2+)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Computer Literacy
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Soft skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
- Team player with customer-oriented mindset
