**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate and program a 3-axis nesting CNC machine to cut boards and other materials with precision.
Interpret technical drawings, DWG/DXF files, and 3D models to create CNC programs.
Set up and prepare CNC machines for daily operations, including material loading and tool calibration.
Develop and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Aspire Cut 2D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks ).
Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure accuracy and quality by monitoring the CNC machine’s performance during production.
Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating and programming 3-axis CNC machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting DWG/DXF files and technical drawings.
Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, including Aspire Cut 2D, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
Experience with machine setup, tool calibration, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage production schedules.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Technical Skills**: CNC programming, machine operation, CAD/CAM proficiency.
**Software Expertise**: Aspire Cut 2D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design and manufacturing software.

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
