To supervise the production slicing team responsible to slice and pack bread to the desired quality specifications, on time and in full.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure optimal bread slicing process for consistent high-quality bread.
- Ensure baking process delivers consistent high-quality products within specifications.
- Ensure adherence to all quality management, food safety and personal hygiene requirements by the slicing team.
- Ensuring adherence to all health and safety requirements in slicing.
- Support continuous slicing process operations and efficiencies by ensuring timeous technical support as given.
- Build a high performing slicing team.
- Support continuous operations and optimal working conditions.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy - Essential

**Experience Requirements**:

- FMCG Plant Bakery Production supervisory experience (plant size minimum of 5000 loaves per hour) - 3-5 Years - Essential
- Chamber of Baking certificate - Essential

**Other Requirements**
- Pressurized environment.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Overtime expected from time to time.
