To supervise the Front of House operation and deputies for the owner in their absence, ensuring that quality of operation, service and product reflects the company's reputation. The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in running service in an efficient and smooth manner even through the extremely high level of business at peak times.
Some of the things that you will be doing each day:
Operating as a role model to the Front and Back of House team, demonstrating the best level of service at all times.
Striving to achieve high levels of customer care and a high quality product
Assisting in the development of the front of house team to ensure a professional, yet relaxed and informal style in keeping with the brand
Dealing with and efficiently resolving any customer complaints
Cashups
Opening & Closing of Store
Daily and weekly inventory control
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tamboerskloof, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Restaurant management: 8 years (preferred)
