This is a live-in positions at a Safari Lodge in the Marakele National Park.

Accommodation, meals on duty and uniform provided.

Work Cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

The focus of this position is to assist any guests with an interest in wildlife photography to the make the most of their experience at our Safari Lodges.

**KEY FOCUS AREAS**
- Ensure that operations of the Creative Lab are maintained as implemented.
- Assist guests in processing digital photographs and videos, including enlarging, refocusing or retouching photographs to make specific parts of the image clearer or more visible.
- Assist guests in reformatting the images and adjust their color, contrast and backgrounds or integrate features from different photographs.
- Assist guests in archiving and cataloging images.
- Oversee the customer service in the assigned outlet, making recommendations, helping, advising, directing and dealing with enquiries.
- Meet with the Lodge Manager as required and update on the Creative Lab operations.
- To uphold and maintain the developed set of MORE and property standards.
- To be readily available to deal with guest queries and complaints. Complaints to be dealt with in a pleasant, constructive manner always, using the feedback as a learning experience and platform for constructive discussion.
- Assist in the MORE Gallery as required.

**REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Sound knowledge of the applicable / relevant property and company procedures for the department, with specific focus on the MORE Creative Lab and MORE Galleries.
- Certificate in Image Manipulation and/or Photography advantageous.
- Previous hospitality and Creative Lab experience essential.
- Sound knowledge of image manipulation and photo editing software.
- Experience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment.
- Sound knowledge of all MORE properties and all activities offered.
