Telemarketer Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call new and existing clients to schedule consultation meetings.
- Coordinate sales consultant’s appointment diary.
- Develop extensive topic and industry knowledge to assist in an advisory role.
- Conduct direct sales and marketing to prospective clients and upselling to existing clients.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Generate new leads and business referrals for business service and offerings.
- Attain monthly targets as set out by the Marketing Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / matric or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years outbound call center experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.

The opportunity is a commission driven position and will require a disciplined individual with a consistent approach to their work.

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
