**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star lodge or hotel
- Proven international exposure, demonstrating a strong understanding of global trends in food and beverage management
- Excellent track record, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience and exceed guest expectations
- Manage and train a talented team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
