**Description**:
**Requirements**:

- Matric / Senior Certificate / NVC
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Caretaker or Building Manager
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Experience in “small” / general maintenance issues that can be repaired yourself
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high EQ
- Ability to take initiative and can think you your feet
- Good at problem-solving
- High energy levels

Duties / Procedures & Responsibilities:

- Ensure cleanliness of the apartment blocks, stairs, walkways, bin room and bins
- Enforce the Corporate Rules (noise disturbance, parking infringements, washing infringements, etc)
- Break-in and maintenance work
- Management of the bin room
- Staff
- Water meters
- Attend to after-hours emergencies

The salary range is R12,000 - R20,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

**The salary includes R8,000 for accommodation which is included in the salary range above.
