As the Learning and Development Programme and Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation of National LD Programmes and manage projects in alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. Your role will be crucial in supporting the execution of our L&D strategy, optimising training budgets, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Outputs - Support the execution of the L&D strategy by managing national projects and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. - Develop and enhance learning and development management systems and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Monitor and control training budgets, track expenses, and provide insights to support budget optimisation. - Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). - Foster stakeholder relationships internally and externally to facilitate project success and stakeholder buy-in. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the optimisation of tax rebate opportunities for learning programs.

Qualification Requirements - Degree/diploma in HR Management, HR Development, Project Management, or a related field. - NQF 5 skills program: Skills Development Facilitator certification is essential Experience Requirements - 2-3 years of experience as a qualified & registered and accredited Skills Development Facilitator (preferably within the SETA sector). - 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in HR/LD administration roles would be advantageous.
