**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Assisting with existing customer programs
- Preparation of data in Excel
- Capturing and editing data
- Managing new programs and supporting customers in the cold chain process improvement
- Analyzing and interpreting customer queries

**Requirements**:

- BCom or similar business / Logistics degree
- Strong Excel including Pivots skills
- Must use own initiative
- Meticulous in their work
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
