Duties and responsibilities of the job
- Monitoring and supporting all support and service platforms for all services provided to clients
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Escalation of problems where necessary and following up
- Installing, configuring, and repairing all hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Providing technical support for all clients (this may be in person, remotely, or over the phone)
- Assisting the accounts/admin department with the billing of all services
- Testing new technology
- Be able to work independently and give a report on daily tasks
- Problem detection and solving
- Solution implementation, communication with clients throughout the process
- Proactive support
- Manage the backups
- Sourcing quotes from suppliers
- Quoting clients

Qualifications and requirements:

- Having a relevant diploma / certification will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Driver's license and own transport

Experience Required
- Comfortable and have experience working with and troubleshooting Windows desktops / laptops, Microsoft office, MacOS, desktop hardware etc.
- Have a good understanding of Networking, Wireless, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Experience working on and administering Office 365
- Camera experience would be advantageous
- You should have experience dealing with customers
- 4 years experience in a similar role
