As the Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for the dispatching and invoicing outbound orders and ensuring effective communication with internal and external customers.

**The successful incumbent to this position will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining good housekeeping in the dispatch and receiving area.
- Ensuring that all orders and stock in the dispatch area are correctly labelled and stored in the correct location.
- Process orders for delivery purposes.
- Ensuring that all picking slips are correctly allocated to pickers
- Ensuring that all items on the sales order are invoiced correctly.
- Generating system delivery notes and Invoices
- Ensuring that the driver log sheets are filed in the correct manner.
- Ensuring that all dispatch related administration is well managed and that all relevant documentation is returned and filed (delivery notes / waybills etc).

**Requirements essential to this position**:

- Grade 12
- 2 - 3 years’ experience within a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Essential experience with SAP, Pastel, Accpac or similar
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous invoicing experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics clerk: 2 years (required)
