Our client is a world class food manufacturer, with huge brand presence, and is looking for a FPA Manager (Business Partner). The role is based in Durban, KZN.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Design, and improve FPA KPI’s, and best practice..
- Support site GM’s and FM’s to achieve strategic business plan..
- Identify key cost drivers, and implement strategies to reduce cost in most efficient manner.
- P&L budgeting, and forecasting, and consolidation thereof.
- Oversee all sites’ standard costing, BOM’s, variances, and ensure in line with IFRS.
- Ensure industry adherence, and reporting.

**Desired Qualifications, Experience and Attributes**
- CA(SA) or CGMA.
- 4-7 years post articles, mostly business partner/FPA experience, preferably in a large
- manufacturer.
- Driven, curious, meticulous, analytical with extremely strong communication skills..
- Strong ability in dealing with internal, and external stakeholders, and well as strong “mentoring” leadership abilities

**CTC range**
- R1,000,000 - R1,300,000 very dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R1 000 000,00 - R1 300 000,00 per year
