**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Logistics Planner or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services.
- Coordinate and optimize supply chain operations to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure smooth processes.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement cost-effective logistics strategies.
- Negotiate contracts with logistics providers to optimize costs and services.
- Identify and resolve potential logistics issues proactively.
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales.
