JOB TITLE: STORE MANAGER

REPORTING TO: OPERATIONAL MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE: You will be responsible to manage the day to day running of the store

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Secure full compliance in all aspects of the daily store operations
- Minimizing the risk in all departments of your store
- Staff Management - Lead and supervise
- Daily and weekly updates on main KPI’s to Area Manager
- Cash Management and general administration
- Stock Management
- Driving Sales to achieve group budgets
- Effective implementation of new strategies/initiatives
- Ongoing reporting to Key Performance Area and flow constantly
- Promote SeaHarvest brand optimally
- Optimise store operations and evaluate store layout
- Relevant approvals to be done
- Ensure that IT systems are utilised correctly

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES: - Grade 12
- Tertiary Retail / Business Management qualification would be an advantage
- Good process and product knowledge
- Ability to function independently and work under pressure.
- To adhere to the standards of a Pre-Placement Analysis
- Be Pro-Active and customer services orientated.
- Self-motivated
- Team Player with excellent leadership skills
- Attention to detail is imperative
