**Job Specifications**:
We are in need of Oncology nurses for permanent positions within the Mpumalanga Department of Health.
- Provision of optimal holistic specialized nursing/clinical care with set standards and within a professional/legal framework.
- Effective utilization of human material and service resources.
- Partake in training and research.
- Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and development of self and subordinates.
- Plan and organize own work, be a team leader and make relevant decisions in matters concerning patient care.
- Promote quality of nursing care as directed by the core standards.
- Knowledge of all relevant oncology policies, guidelines and protocols.
- Manage patient complaints.
- Monitor patient safety incidents in the unit.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
- Qualification in Oncology.
- Current registration with SANC.
- Minimum 4 years experience post community service.
