Technical Manager

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar management role.
- A trade test qualification is preferable.
- Proven track record with contactable references.
- Computer Literate MS Window’s, Outlook, Excel.
- Good communication skills - written & verbal in Afrikaans and English. Proficiency in Sepedi is advantageous.
- Good report writing skills
- Strong knowledge and experience knowledge in infrastructure construction and maintenance including refrigeration, tiling, plumbing, solar & water reticulation, and electricity systems. (Primary Focus)
- Knowledge and skill set on heavy machinery, vehicles, and equipment is an advantage.
- Skills in welding and boiler making an advantage
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, initiative & interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible, reliable & trustworthy.
- Strong mentoring and training skills.
- Able to operate effectively within a team structure as well as independently.
- Presentable, well-spoken & professional individual.

Two-year fixed term contract.
