**Villa Manager - 5* Game Reserve Limpopo**

This luxury residence ( 5 Units ) is set within a Private Game Reserve in the Waterberg region of
Limpopo and offers 5-star deluxe accommodation for discerning travellers.

**Requirements**:

- We are in search of a young, passionate, and energetic Villa Manager to oversee daily service
for not more than 10 guests, offering personal attention, a big smile, polished service,
enthusiasm for food and wine, charisma for hosting and bubbly personality.
- Min 2 years’ experience within the luxury market hospitality sector
- Outstanding general knowledge and excellent communication skills.
General duties:

- Manage the guest experience from reservation stage to check out.
- Manage the staff of the Villa including training and monitoring of exceptional service delivery
- Oversee the maintenance of the Villa
- Hosting guests, booking excursions, activities, and Spa treatments
- Orders and purchasing for Villa
- Stock control of Villa
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidaysMarket related Salary - Accommodation with Company benefits.

**Experience**:

- 5* Game Lodge management: 3 years (preferred)
- Excellent Communication skills: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
