**Salary**: R5 000 (B.O.E)

Position Overview:
A 5 star boutique beach resort is in search of an experienced professional Bartender. If you have a sharp eye for detail, can make bespoke cocktails,have excellent knowledge on spirits and wine pairing coupled with creative flair then this is for you.

**Duties**:
Prepare cocktails and other alcoholic beverages in a professional and timely manner

Process payments for guests

Record and balance cash receipts on Micros system

Responsible for daily and weekly stock counts

Maintain an impeccably neat and hygienic work station at all times

Ensure efficient service delivery and a positive work environment

**Requirements**:
Previous Bar tending experience in a 4-5 star establishment

Barista and Waitron experience

Mixology certificate advantageous

Excellent command of the English language

Need to live in close proximity to hotel and have own reliable transport

Working hours:
Daily 7am-4pm early shift

2pm-11pm late shift

6 day shift cycle

Start date: Immediately
