We are looking for an experienced Fundraiser to join our team.

The College of Magic is a non-profit, public benefit organisation that was founded in 1980 and is the only school of its kind in the world. It is a place where young people from every walk of life are brought together by the enchanting, multi-faceted performing art of magic, where learning is fun, life skills are nurtured, and where little imaginations are set free.

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, tech-savvy and organised individual who will be part of our dynamic team. As a Fundraising Administrator you will be required to work alongside our existing fundraiser and discover new opportunities while maintaining the strong, existing foundation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist on a range of fundraising campaigns.
- Researching potential short term and long term funding sources for projects.
- Collating statistics for funding reports and strategic documents
- Maintaining filing systems
- Managing regular donor scheme/strategy
- Support with web related research for fundraising and marketing initiatives
- Support with adding information to the donor database
- Compile monthly reports of fundraising activity
- Work to build relationships with donors in order to provide a high standard of customer care
- Writing proposals and reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders
- Assist with Monitoring and Evaluation
- Accurate maintenance and capturing of all data related to fundraising, grants, donors, individuals, corporates, trusts, governments, local, national and international
- Assist in fundraising events
- Ad-hoc jobs as requested

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong passion for the mission.
- Experience with CRM a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as contributing to a cohesive team environment
- Results oriented with a desire to attain new goals each year, striving for excellence.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ working experience with proven track record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
