Our client is a well-established and reputable mid-sized IT business delivering a wide range of IT hardware projects to corporate, government and other clients countrywide. They are seeking a full time IT Hardware Sales Manager.

The role will include
- Overall Sales Management
- Manage the Team Sales Targets
- Ensure the team meets the rental sales targets as agreed by Executives on a quarterly basis.
- Track sales targets and activities on a weekly / daily basis.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and Incentive programs to meet set targets.
- Ensure the team performs by using motivational and coaching techniques
- Achieve high level personal and team performance
- Work closely with the executive team to create a sales strategy
- Build strong internal and external client relationships
- Manage all people aspects
- Ensure that all administration as per company process is complete

We are looking for a hands-on sales manager with several years of successful sales experience in the IT hardware industry. You must be self-driven, highly motivated and an energetic individual who is hungry for success and driven by high commission earnings. You must be willing to work from home after hours to ensure the company meets all sales targets.

**Location**

The role is based in Wynberg, Sandton

**Pre-requisites**
- Own car is essential
- Experience in communicating with clients at various levels
- Knowledge of IT hardware specifications etc. is not essential but is beneficial
- You must have an aptitude to learn about IT hardware
- Willing to travel if required
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sale team.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wynberg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
