We are looking for a Call Centre Supervisor to oversee and manage our National Operations Call Centre. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage staff, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and ensure the efficient running of a Call Centre

**Job Requirements**
- Grade 12 and relevant qualification
- Driver’s license
- 3 years experience in a Control Room environment
- Knowledge of control room activities, security systems and processes used within a control room
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work shifts and extended hours if necessary

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call centre
- Manage a team of call centre agents, ensuring they are trained and operating effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards
- Coordinate, prioritize and assign tasks
- Monitor the performance of the call centre agents
- Track and review work progress and activities of the call centre agents
- Train call centre agents as required
- Develop and implement new procedures to improve efficiency
- Work closely with other departments to identify needs
- Ensure that the call centre is operating effectively at all times
- Coordinate all administrative functions of the call centre
- Perform Call Centre Agent duties as required

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

License/Certification:

- driver's license and own vehicle (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
