**Responsibilities**:
**Stock Organization**: Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient storage and accessibility.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Safely load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and storage
- **Products Picking and Packing**: Efficiently pick and pack stocks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- **Receiving and Inspection**: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and report any discrepancies.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- **Reporting**: Report any damaged goods, stock shortages, or operational issues to supervisors.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with warehouse colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- **Efficiency Improvement**: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and suggest solutions.
- **Order Preparation**: Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging as required.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, and inventory levels.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail to maintain accuracy.
- **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- **Efficiency**: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- **Problem Solving**: Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- **Reliability**: Consistency and punctuality in attendance and work.
- **Tech Skills**: Basic computer skills for inventory management systems is a plus.
