Cmt Factory Clerk

**1.** **Job Purpose**

Responsible for gathering, compiling, managing and reporting on production and productivity data as well as all staffing and attendance administration.

**2.** **Key Result Areas**:

- 100% accurate production and productivity data supplied on time
- 100% accurate attendance figures submitted for payroll capture
- Zero Payroll queries resulting from incorrect hours submitted

**3. Key Duties**:
**3.1 Factory Admin**
- Ensure hourly and daily line scores are monitored and reported to CMT Planner
- Get cut figures from the cutting room on a daily basis and report to CMT Planner as well as enter figures onto M3 system.
- Make sure prepped panels are packed and handed over to the correct supplier for branding as per the production plan
- Publish line scores on the CMT group daily

**3.2 Factory Staff Administration**
- Coordinate and control employee time and attendance and other payroll input for submission to Payroll Administrator.
- Distribute payslips and refer queries to Payroll Administrator for resolution.
- Relay communication between HR Department and Factory staff as and when required.
- Correct Clocking Exceptions & Allocate Shifts on cloud based time & attendance system.

**4.** **Skills & Competencies**
- **Minimum 2 Years Administration Experience - Preferably in a Clothing Manufacturing Environment.**:

- Matric / NQF 4 qualification or equivalent
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant IT platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised and manage own time and activities.
- Solid organisational ability
- Meticulous with a high level of attention to detail.
- Superior interpersonal skills with exceptional personal resilience.

**Salary**: R6,500.00 - R8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hammarsdale, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
