**Web SysAdmin**:
**Main Functions**:
ROLE OVERVIEW

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure optimal resource allocation for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
- Specialize in hosting technologies related to WordPress and Laravel.
- Troubleshoot server-related issues and optimize configurations.
- Collaborate with web developers to assess hosting requirements for PHP and Node.js projects.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations, including the migration of over 100 websites from on-premises servers to Cloud-based servers.
- Monitor systems for intrusions or denial of service attacks and report security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Test backup and recovery plans regularly, resolving any problems to ensure data integrity.
- Provide disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime in case of unforeseen events.
- Design and run system load/stress testing to evaluate server and website performance.
- Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit the loss of service.
- Set up and maintain monitoring tools on Cloud web servers or websites to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of hosting configurations, migration procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on backup testing, disaster recovery, and security measures.
- Implement and manage Content Delivery Network (CDN) for image optimization.
- Manage the external relationship with the cloud hosting company.

**Technical skills**:
Required
- Proficiency in Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies, server administration, and networking.
- Strong knowledge with PHP and Node.js hosting, especially with WordPress and Laravel.
- Experience in domain name management, including purchase and renewal processes.
- Expertise in cPanel and WHM administration.
- Proficient in backup testing, disaster recovery planning, and system load/stress testing.
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards.
- Proven experience as a Web SysAdmin.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud hosting, cPanel, WordPress cloud hosting, Laravel Cloud hosting, CDN, and Node.js hosting.
