As the **Reverse Logistics Controller,** you will need to manage the **inventory return process** from start to finish with various **logistics service providers** and ensure that **physical inventory** is **collected**, **transported** and **received** by the warehouse for goods receipt.

Duties include:

- Managing returns from point of creating, collection and **GR**.
- Ensure **RDO** matches physical product.
- Coordinate **exchanges**.
- Monitor and close off RDO.
- Checks status of **open items**.
- Compile reports.
- Conduct **inventory counts** of return inventory.
- Handle all queries.
- Resolve system errors.
- Verification of **PODs**.

You will need to have **Grade 12** and at least **3 years’ experience** in a **Reverse Logistics** or similar role.
